Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the order.
The returned product should not show signs of assembly, use, dirt, damage, or be incomplete. The part should be properly secured for transport.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the law provides otherwise or otherwise agreed with the seller.
Special orders
In the case of parts imported or prepared for the customer's individual order, particularly according to the VIN number or vehicle specifications, the right to return may not apply according to applicable regulations.
Before processing such an order, we inform the customer about the conditions, delivery time, and any prepayment.
