§ 1. Definitions
- Regulations - these terms and conditions of the MAGBOSS Auto online store.
- Seller - MAGBOSS AUTO PARTS & ACCESSORIES Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
- Online store - the website available at www.magbossauto.pl, through which the Customer can place orders.
- Client - a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Store or places an order.
- Consumer - a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights - a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, if from the content of the agreement it follows that it does not have a professional character for that person.
- Product - a product offered in the Store, in particular car parts, automotive accessories, original parts, OEM parts, and replacements.
- Order - the Client's declaration aimed at concluding a sales agreement for a Product.
- Client Account - the Client's individual panel in the Store, available after registration and login.
- Working days - days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.
- Special order - an order for a Product that is sourced, prepared, or selected individually for the Client, in particular according to VIN number, vehicle specification, or other data provided by the Client.
§ 2. General Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payment, delivery, complaints, and withdrawal from the contract.
- A condition for using the Store is reading the Terms and Conditions and accepting them when placing an order.
- The Store sells car parts and accessories, in particular for Chinese car brands such as MG, BAIC, OMODA, JAECOO, BYD, and other brands available in the offer.
- The Store's assortment may include original parts, OEM parts, and verified replacements.
- The information on the Store's website, including descriptions, photos, prices and availability of Products, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.
- Using the Store requires a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, an active email account, and enabling cookies to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Store.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with the law, good practices and the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
- It is prohibited for the Customer to provide content of an unlawful nature.
- All brand names, vehicle models, manufacturers and part designations used in the Store are for informational purposes only and serve to identify the Goods and their applications.
§ 3. Customer Account and Purchases Without Registration
- The Customer may create a Customer Account in the Store.
- Account registration is voluntary and free of charge.
- Creating an Account enables, among other things, access to order history and easier placement of subsequent orders.
- The Customer may also make a purchase without registration by providing the data necessary to process the order.
- The Customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.
- The Customer should protect the account access credentials from unauthorized access by third parties.
- The Customer may request the Seller to delete the Account at any time by contacting the following e-mail address: kontakt@magbossauto.pl.
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Account or services provided electronically may be submitted to the e-mail address: kontakt@magbossauto.pl. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§ 4. Placing orders
- Orders can be placed via the online Store www.magbossauto.pl.
- To place an order, the Customer selects the Product, adds it to the cart, chooses the delivery and payment method, and provides the data necessary to fulfill the order.
- Before placing an order, the Customer receives information about the total price of the Product, delivery costs, and the selected payment method.
- Placing an order constitutes an obligation to pay.
- The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
- The Seller may contact the Customer to confirm details, product availability, fitment of parts to the vehicle, or to arrange order specifics.
- For parts that require fitting to a specific vehicle, the Customer may be asked to provide additional information, such as make, model, year of manufacture, engine version, VIN number, or a photo of the existing part.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer and will refund any payments received, if they were made.
§ 5. Special orders and parts procured on request
- Some Products may be procured to fulfill an individual Customer's order.
- A special order may specifically concern hard-to-find parts, parts sourced from a supplier, parts selected by VIN number, vehicle specification, or other data provided by the Customer.
- For special orders, the Seller may require payment of a partial prepayment or deposit before beginning order fulfillment.
- The amount of the prepayment and the expected order fulfillment date are determined individually with the Customer before the order is confirmed.
- The Customer will be informed whether a given Product is available immediately or needs to be procured.
- For Products procured on a custom order, the fulfillment time may be longer than the standard shipping timeframe.
- The right to withdraw from the contract may not apply to non-prefabricated Products prepared or procured according to the Customer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs, in accordance with applicable law.
- Information about any lack of the right to withdraw from the contract for a given Special Order should be communicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
§ 6. Prices and payments
- Product prices shown in the Store are gross prices and include VAT, unless stated otherwise for a given Product.
- Prices do not include delivery costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Available payment methods:
- payment by payment card (Visa, Mastercard), - - ING Pay,
- - traditional bank transfer to the Seller's account,
- - electronic payment via the imoje system,
- - cash payment upon personal collection,
- - cash on delivery payment for courier delivery, if such an option is available for the given order.

- In the transfer title the Customer should provide the order number.
- If payment is not made by the agreed deadline, the Seller may cancel the order after 3 business days.
- A receipt or VAT invoice may be issued for the order, in accordance with the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
- For electronic payments processed by the imoje system, payment is carried out in accordance with the payment operator's terms and conditions.
- For Special Orders, the Seller may require prepayment or a deposit, about which the Customer will be informed before the order is confirmed.
§ 7. Delivery and personal collection
- The store delivers within Poland and abroad.
- Available delivery methods:
- - courier shipment,
- - parcel locker,
- - personal pickup.
- Deliveries may be carried out, among others, by courier companies: InPost, DPD, DHL, UPS and other carriers available in the Store.
- Goods available in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation or payment posting, excluding public holidays.
- For international deliveries, dispatch may also occur within 24 hours, while delivery time depends on the destination country, chosen transport method and carrier.
- The delivery cost is indicated to the Customer before placing the order.
- For custom orders, oversized shipments or international deliveries, the delivery cost may be determined individually.
- Personal pickup is possible at the warehouse address: ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 8, 96-100 Skierniewice, after prior confirmation of the item's availability.1.
- Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer should check the condition of the packaging. In the event of visible damage, it is recommended to draw up a damage report with the carrier and contact the Seller.
- If damage to the shipment, missing items, or discrepancies with the order are discovered, the Customer should immediately inform the Seller.
- The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order based on the weight and dimensions of the ordered Goods, according to the carrier's current price list. Approximate delivery costs are:
- courier shipment within Poland up to 31.5 kg: from 21 zł to 37 zł gross,
- cash-on-delivery surcharge: approx. 8 zł gross,
- bulky and pallet shipments over 31.5 kg: from 130 zł to 370 zł gross,
- international delivery for shipments up to 31.5 kg: from 59 zł to 275 zł gross, depending on the destination country,
- personal pickup in Skierniewice: 0 zł.
§ 8. Withdrawal from the contract and returns
- A Customer who is a Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The 14-day period is counted from the day the Goods are taken into possession by the Customer or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement, e.g., an e-mail to: kontakt@magbossauto.pl.
- The Goods should be returned to: MAGBOSS AUTO PARTS & ACCESSORIES Sp. z o.o., ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 8, 96-100 Skierniewice.
- If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods to the Seller, unless the Seller has expressly agreed to bear them or otherwise provided by law.
- The Customer is obliged to properly secure the returned Goods for the duration of transport.
- The returned Goods should not bear signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- In particular, the returned part should not be installed, used, soiled, damaged, or incomplete.
- The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from using them in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in particular for signs of installation, use, soiling, damage, or incompleteness of the Goods.
- The Seller will refund the Customer the payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in the Store, no later than 14 days from the day the statement of withdrawal from the contract is received.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received back or the Customer provides proof of their dispatch.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used, unless the Customer agrees to a different method of refund.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable law, in particular where the subject of the supply is a non-prefabricated Good, prepared according to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet the Customer's individualized needs.
- To facilitate the returns process, the Customer may include proof of purchase or the order number with the shipment.
§ 9. Complaints
- The Seller agrees to deliver the Goods in accordance with the agreement.
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the Product is non-compliant with the agreement, defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

- - by returning the Product to the warehouse and complaints department: ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 8, 96-100 Skierniewice.
- The complaint submission should include:
- - the customer's first and last name or company name,
- - order number,
- - description of the nonconformity, defect or damage,
- - date the problem was discovered,
- - the customer's request,
- - photos documenting the problem, if they may help in resolving the complaint.
- The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
- In the case of a justified complaint by a Consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, the Seller bears the costs related to bringing the Goods into conformity with the contract, including reasonable costs of the complaint shipment.
- If the Goods must be returned, the Customer should properly secure the shipment for the duration of transport.
- Complaints regarding damage that occurred during transport should be reported as soon as possible after receiving the shipment. In the case of visible packaging damage, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the carrier.
- This Terms and Conditions does not limit the Customer's rights arising from generally applicable law.
§ 10. Warranty
- Some Goods may be covered by a warranty from the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or Seller.
- Information about the warranty, if provided, may be found in the product description, the warranty document, or documents attached to the Goods.
- The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights arising from the laws concerning non-conformity of the Goods with the contract.
- The warranty conditions are specified by the warranty document or information provided by the guarantor.
§ 11. Personal data
- The administrator of Customers' personal data is MAGBOSS AUTO PARTS & ACCESSORIES Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
- Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- - fulfilling orders,
- - payment processing,
- - delivery of the Goods,
- - handling complaints and returns,
- - managing the Customer Account,
- - issuing accounting documents,
- - contacting the Customer,
- - fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Seller.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to place and process an order.
- Personal data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with the Seller to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, in particular payment operators, courier companies, providers of IT, accounting and legal services, and entities authorized to obtain data under legal provisions.
- The Customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, object, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The detailed principles for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy below.
§ 12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A Customer who is a Consumer may use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims.
- Information about out-of-court methods for resolving consumer disputes is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
- A Customer may also seek assistance from the municipal or district consumer advocate.
- Use of out-of-court dispute resolution methods is voluntary.
§ 13. Final provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes to legal regulations, payment or delivery methods, or the Shop's functionality.
- For orders placed before the change to the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order was placed shall apply.
- In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- Resolution of any disputes with Consumers shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
- For Customers who are neither Consumers nor Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the court competent to resolve disputes shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
- The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store's website in a manner that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and printed.
- The Terms and Conditions are effective as of: 01.06.2026.

§ 1. General information
- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing the personal data of Customers and users of the online store available at www.magbossauto.pl.

- The Controller takes due care to protect Customers' personal data, in particular against access by unauthorized persons, loss, destruction, unauthorized alteration, or unlawful processing.
§ 2. Scope of processed data
- The Controller may process personal data provided by the Customer during:
- - placing an order,
- - creating a Customer Account,
- - using the contact form,
- - contact via e-mail or telephone,
- - filing complaints, returns or withdrawal from the contract.
- Processed data may include in particular:
- - first and last name,
- - company name,
- - VAT ID (NIP),
- - delivery address,
- - billing address,
- - e-mail address,
- - phone number,
- - order details,
- - information required to issue an invoice,
- - bank account number for payment refunds,
- - the content of correspondence conducted with the Store.
- When selecting parts for a vehicle, the Administrator may also process data provided by the Customer, such as make, model, year of manufacture, vehicle version, VIN number or a photo of the part, if they are necessary for proper handling of the order.
§ 3. Purposes and legal bases for data processing
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- - fulfilling the order and concluding the sales contract,
- - payment processing,
- - delivery of the Goods,
- - handling returns, complaints and withdrawals from the contract,
- - managing the Customer Account,
- - issuing invoices and accounting documents,
- - contacting the Customer,
- - responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form,
- - pursuing or defending against potential claims,
- - fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.
- The legal basis for data processing includes in particular:
- - the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract,
- - a legal obligation resting on the Administrator,
- - the legitimate interests of the Administrator,
- - the consent of the data subject, where required.
§ 4. Data recipients
- Personal data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with the Administrator only to the extent necessary to provide the services.
- Data recipients may include, in particular:
- - courier companies and logistics operators, including InPost, DPD, DHL, UPS and other carriers,
- - the payment operator imoje,
- - banks and entities handling payments,
- - the accounting office,
- - entities providing IT, hosting and technical services,
- - entities operating the online store,
- - providers of analytical or marketing tools, if they are used and the Customer has given appropriate consent,
- - law firms or advisors, if necessary for pursuing or defending claims,
- - public authorities entitled to obtain data under legal provisions.
- Personal data is not sold to third parties.
§ 5. Data retention period
- Data related to order fulfillment are retained for the period necessary to perform the contract, and thereafter for the period required by law or until any claims become time-barred.
- Data contained in accounting documents are retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Data processed based on consent is stored until the consent is withdrawn, unless further storage is required by law.
- Data processed for the purpose of handling correspondence is stored for the time necessary to provide a response and to secure any potential claims.
- Data related to the Customer Account is processed for the duration of the Account's existence, and after its deletion for the period required by law or necessary to secure claims.
§ 6. Rights of the data subject
- The Customer has the right to:
- - access their personal data,
- - rectify data,
- - delete data,
- - restriction of processing,
- - data portability,
- - lodging an objection to processing,
- - withdrawal of consent at any time, if the data are processed based on consent.
- Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- To exercise their rights, the Customer may contact the Data Controller at the e-mail address: kontakt@magbossauto.pl.
- The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their data are being processed in violation of the law.
§ 7. Voluntariness of providing data
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to place and fulfill an order, issue an invoice, deliver the Product, handle complaints, process returns, or contact the Store.
- Failure to provide data necessary for order fulfillment may make it impossible to conclude or perform the contract.
- Providing data for marketing or analytical purposes, if such activities are conducted, is voluntary and depends on the Customer's consent.
§ 8. Contact form
- The Store may provide a contact form allowing you to send an inquiry to the Seller.
- Data provided in the contact form is processed for the purpose of responding to the submitted inquiry and conducting further correspondence.
- Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to receive a response.
§ 9. Newsletter
- At the time of drafting this Privacy Policy, the Shop does not operate a newsletter.
- If a newsletter is launched in the future, subscribing to the newsletter will be voluntary and will require providing an e-mail address and giving consent.
- The customer will be able to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
§ 10. Electronic payments
- If electronic payments are selected, the data necessary to process the payment may be transmitted to the payment operator imoje.
- The payment operator processes data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
- The Administrator processes information about payment status only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.
§ 11. Order delivery
- To deliver an order, the Customer's data may be shared with courier companies and logistics operators.
- The data shared may include a first and last name or company name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, and shipment-related information.
- Data is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the order.
§ 12. Profiling and automated decisions
- Customers' personal data are not used to make decisions that produce legal effects on the Customer or similarly significantly affect them in a fully automated manner.
- The Store may use analytics or advertising tools if the Customer has given appropriate consents; however, these activities are used to analyze site traffic, improve the Store's operation, or conduct marketing activities.
§ 13. Changes to the Privacy Policy
- The Administrator may change the Privacy Policy in the event of changes in the law, changes to the Store's functionality, changes in the tools used, or changes in the way data is processed.

- The Privacy Policy is effective as of: 06/01/2026.
